How to activate and transfer my single license Artlantis?

Artlantis can be activated automatically using your internet connection.

Things to do: 

- You'll need a serial number composed of two groups of numbers of six digits each. Please note that each Artlantis version has a particular serial number. 

- Install the Artlantis trial version corresponding to your serial number. 

- Make sure you have administrator rights on the computer.

-Depending on the security settings of your computer: 

    1: You should temporarily disable the firewall and anti-virus on your computer. 

    2: In some cases, you'll need to temporarily disable the User Account Control (UAC) on Windows computers. When it is done, restart your machine.

Activation through the Internet

Note: Artlantis will automatically look for the internet connection the moment it is launched. 

Open the License Manager: 

Click on Activate and enter your serial number in the appropriate field: 

A message will confirm the successful activation. 

Deactivate Artlantis to release the serial number 

Open the License Manager:

Click Deactivate, and a message will confirm this action: 

Your serial number was properly released and is ready for a new activation.

Problem: 

The serial number remained activated on another workstation. To activate the serial number on a new workstation, you must first deactivate it on the previous one. Once released, the serial number is ready for a new activation. 

You will need a second serial number if you need two activated Artlantis licenses on two different computers. Contact your reseller for more information.
